Welcome to Salela. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online store and any purchase you make from Salela, an individually owned business located at 3718 Hoffmeister Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63125, United States. By visiting the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our clothing, colors and details accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements in our size guides are approximate. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless you select another currency, and may change without notice. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we may cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and will refund any amount charged.

4. Orders

Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but is not acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed by resellers. If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy (free shipping within the United States; international rates calculated at checkout). Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (30 days within the United States; return shipping paid by the customer). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos and the Salela name — is owned by or licensed to Salela and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours, is truthful, and does not violate any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
